Online / offline monitoring feature allows you to define periods of time during which you wish to be alerted if a device is offline. These rules can be created on groups of devices. Incidents are logged and you can be alerted by email for each of them.

Examples

  • You want to be alerted when a device in the “france” group goes offline only on Mondays between 8am and 7pm, and only if the device is offline for more than 10 minutes.
    If this situation occurs, an incident is created and logged for 30 days, a visual indication is present on the dashboard and you can receive an email.
