Update an expired license

Overview

When the license on a provconnect server is expired, you will see this page after login. It means that your server is locked and that you need to renew your license.

Legend :

This will automatically send an email with your server details to the Provconnect sales team. It uses the SMTP server set on your server. In case it doesn’t work, you can manually download the server security keyand send it to sales@wan-pulse.com

This will download on your desktop your server security key. Please send it to sales@wan-pulse.com in order to request a new license.

This will bring you to the Apply License screen

This will log out the current user

Applying a license

Once your licence request is answered, you will receive a license file.

Click on APPLY License, then import your license file and you will see this screen :

You will see your license details. If everything is OK, then Apply the license and your provconnect server is now unlocked !
